Cancellation Policy and Booking Fees.

Unfortunately due to a large increase in last minute cancellations and appointments missed, I am now having to fully enforce my cancellation policy to cover the time I cannot make back. This is nothing personal, and I hope you can appreciate the extent this has got to for me to have to enforce this.
